  • 01 How much does it cost to work with YUMI Digital?
    Each project depends on scope, complexity and expected impact. We first study your case, understand the problem and then present a detailed proposal with phases, costs and clear scope. No commitment, no vague quotes. If we believe the solution doesn't pay off, we'll tell you before starting.
  • 02 How long does a project take?
    It depends on the type of solution. A focused automation can be ready in a few weeks; a custom application or platform requires more analysis, design and validation. The initial proposal includes a realistic phased plan with visible deliveries from the start.
  • 03 What if I don't know exactly what I need?
    That's the most common case. Many companies arrive with symptoms: duplicated tasks, slow processes, too many spreadsheets, lack of control or tools that don't talk to each other. We help identify what is worth automating, improving or building.
  • 04 Can you integrate with the tools we already use?
    Yes. Whenever it is technically feasible, we work with your current systems: CRM, ERP, email, spreadsheets, databases, internal platforms or third-party tools.
  • 05 Who owns the code, data and infrastructure?
    The client. Always. We hand over the repository, the documentation and the access you need so you don't depend on us artificially. We can keep providing support, but we don't work with hidden dependencies.
  • 06 Do you offer support after launch?
    Yes. We can take care of maintenance, monitoring, evolutionary improvements and technical support through a flexible monthly agreement. If you'd rather run it in-house, we document the solution and train your team.
  • 07 How do you apply AI?
    We apply AI where it adds real value: classification, information search, response generation, document analysis, conversation summarization, internal support or assisted decision automation. We don't ship AI for hype, only when it improves a concrete process.
  • 08 Do you work with GDPR and privacy by design?
    Yes. We design solutions with data minimization, access control, traceability, security and GDPR compliance in mind. When the project requires it, we prioritize providers and infrastructure within the European Union.
